Big State recognized no. 44 on Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 for 2018

Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 list, which celebrates Houston-based companies with impressive revenue growth, announced that Big State Home Buyers made the 44th position on the list.

We’re honored to be included and feel this achievement reflects our commitment to providing quality service, creative solutions, and industry expertise to a growing number of homeowners every year.

“I started this company 10 years ago with the mission to solve homeowner’s problems. This award serves as a reminder that we are helping an exponential number of people each year. That to me is success,” said Founder Brian Spitz.

The award requires that companies be for-profit, privately held, headquartered in Houston, and in operation for at least five years before Dec. 31, 2017. It also requires a high degree of operational excellence, a goal that Big State keeps top-of-mind, especially as the need for efficiency increases in this highly competitive market.

“Processes, protocols, policies, and documentation are commonly used words in our office in recent days. We believe that in order to scale, we need to organize and systemize effectively,” said David Donnelly, Director of Operations.

This award marks the beginning of our plans for strategic expansion and we hope to see our ranking increase year to year.

“As technology rapidly enters the real estate space, my team and I have plans to not only keep up with the everchanging market, but to make a true impact in the real estate industry,” said Spitz.

The list ranking was announced Sept. 7 at a live event, online, and in a special weekly edition. View the ranked list here.
